Screw Down Crowns: Many Invicta watches are equipped with a screw down crown to help prevent water infiltration. This is most common on our Diver models. In order to adjust the date and/or time on such a watch, you must first unscrew the crown before you can gently pull it out to its first or second click stop position. To do this, simply rotate the crown counterclockwise until it springs open. When you have finished setting the watch, the crown must then be pushed in and screwed back in tightly. Not doing so will cancel the water resistance of the watch and will void all warranties from the manufacturer. Overall, this process should not require a lot of effort or force.

Ordered a 24′ one- it’s HUGE, but I guess that’s to be expected. Hard to see in the picture, but this one features a net over the middle so little ones don’t try to stick their heads through.

I’d rate the quality of this item 4/5- It looks pretty durable for occasional use, but this is not an item that will last a few years if it is used often (though I can’t imagine many uses for it to be used often).

Also of note, the brand (Champion) is not the same as the popular sports brand- I wasn’t sure of this when I bought it, but it doesn’t change my opinion of the product.

Feedback Sports Pro-Elite Repair Stand (with tote bag) CustomerReview

After performing an internet research and looking at models I could find at local stores, I purchased this product (REI had a 20% off a single item).

Do you know the phrase “you recognize quality when you see it”? Well, this is one of those products. My first reaction when I got it out of the box was wow, I made the right choice!

It is very well built (and even pretty) and it holds my bikes with no problem. Probably it is not as stable as the professional stands that are bolted to the shop floor but is significantly more stable than the Spin Dr and Park (PCS 9-10-11) stands I saw in the stores.

Notes:
1. Unfolding the three legs requires some practice but is easy to do after you learn how to do it. Just flip the stand upside down, slightly spread the three legs in the same direction (e.g. counter clockwise) and then hold two legs and spread them apart. After a short practice, this should not take more than few seconds.

2. The model I got came with a nice black bag. Note that the bag handles are not at the center of the bag. When you place the stand inside the bag, make sure to place its head on the shorter side of the bag. This will provide a perfect balance when you carry it.

3. The one hand tightening mechanism works very well when you hold the bike in the other hand. Just push the small screw in for the ratchet action and then turn it clockwise to tighten.

4. This stand can be raised very high. As the manual says, if you raise it high (I typically don’t) and/or have heavy bike, you want to turn the head such that it is above one of the three legs.

Overall it is a very good product and I would definitely recommended it to a friend.

Ratchet Head is Awesome! – Branch in the Vine – Oregon USA
I own 3 different models of this brand. Of the three, this one has the best head from the arm out, but the other stands are better from there down. The weight of most bikes I work on (standard MTB, Cruiser, Hybrid) is just too much for this stand, and cause the inside pedal to hit the column when pedaling. Feedback Sports told me that light road bikes with small pedals do not have this problem. I don’t work on many of those. Part of the problem is that I clamp on the seat post, rather than the top tube; to prevent scratches, dents, or conflicts with cables.

I have a mobile bike repair business, and owned 3 physical shops prior to this. I have used Ultimate or now Feedback Sports stands for somewhere about 15 years. When you mount the Feedback Sports wheel truing stand on top of this Pro-Elite stand, the big tri-shaped metal fixing knob for the arm head, hits the truing stand mount. I have grown to despise this stand and prefer any of the others. The ratchet head idea is very cool, but the ratchet mechanism on mine began to stick at about week 3, and I keep a clean stand and dirt free from the head. I would highly recommend any of the stands from feedback that have the large round rubber covered knobs (instead of the tri-shaped metal knobs), they are still working great, even dirty and grimy as the “cleaning stand”.

I do not extend the tripod legs fully, this stand feels too flimsy when you do. I leave them several inches up-shaft, to try and achieve about a 45 degree angle between the leg and shaft. I also try to limit the extension height as much as possible. It is a shame because this stand is rated for more weight and height than the others, but it doesn’t perform like it’s rated. The Pro Classic would be the better choice unless you have a light road bike with small pedals.
